path forward

A national campaign driving market-based improvement in access and care for all, the Path Forward is led in the Mid Atlantic region by the MidAtlantic Business Group on Health and the Mental Health Association of Maryland.

Together with payers, employers, providers and a diverse network of health care leaders we are working to:

  1. Improve in-network access to behavioral health specialists
  2. Expand screening and testing for behavioral conditions (Measurement Based Care)
  3. Expand behavioral health integration in primary care (Collaborative Care Model)
  4. Improve tele-behavioral health
  5. Resolve legacy mental health parity issues
